Recognizing that conflicts often arise due to an inability to resolve issues through communication, "Put Em Up" empowers youth with boxing gloves as a non-violent means to address disputes. By equipping them with the tools for physical expression in a safe and supervised environment, the program encourages individuals to channel their energy and resolve conflicts through the discipline and art of boxing.
